I do not see the removal instructions I need.
If the instructions are presently on file, we can place a priority on
posting them. Most new postings are free; we ask for feedback to improve, update
and modify the instructions to make them clear and easier to use. If we are
unable to post your request, we email you requesting several pictures of your
car stereo and surrounding dash. It is likely that one of our techs has
experience with the particular removal process. Or, we may recognize the removal
process from a similar vehicle already completed. These free instructions are
emailed to you. Your feedback on removal instructions is greatly appreciated.

Passwords are automatically generated by the website. This process may take
several minutes after payment, along with updating our data base to recognize
your User Name and Password. Check your Junk/Bulk mail folder to ensure that our
email with password is not filtered there. Your password is emailed to the
address used to make your Paypal payment. If your Paypal email address is not
current, you do not receive this password. If you did not receive your password,
email with a copy of your Paypal receipt, include the new email address you
would like the removal instructions delivered to. Email our webmaster at

My Password does not work.
Passwords are emailed to the address used for your Paypal payment.
Passwords are caSe sensitive. Your User Name is the email address used to make
your payment at paypal. Are you using the correct email address?
If your password doesn't work, it may not always be a password issue. "Pop-Up Blockers" may stop you from having access to removal instructions. Pop-up blockers can originate from Internet Explorer, other browsers, any added internet menu bars, and any internet security program you are running. Turn off ALL Pop-up blockers for access or allow Pop-up blockers from this site only. If you are still unable to access your requested information, for quickest response, place "Password Does Not Work" in the subject line of your email. Cut and paste a copy of your paypal receipt in the body of the message, email our webmaster at fcsr@msn.com.
There is no listing for the removal
instructions I purchased.
This is the main reason we went to Pay Per View! Other companies charged
for removal instructions and then linked you to this site. Check your Paypal
receipt, and ensure that your payment was made to Car Stereo Removal, LLC?
If your payment was not made to Car Stereo Removal, LLC, contact the company you
paid. If your payment was made to Car Stereo Removal, LLC. please see "My
Password does not work."
Why do I have to pay twice?
This may be a glitch in our payment data base recognizing your email address.
See "My Password does not work". In other cases, you may have been redirected to
this site from another website; see "There is no listing for the removal
instructions I purchased".
Aftermarket Car Stereo and Speaker
Installation.
For all aftermarket installation help, wire harnesses, stereo
specifications, best choices for equipment, we do not answer questions. If you
are a "Do It Yourselfer," our posted removal instructions aid in removing the
factory car stereo.
We suggest purchasing the aftermarket installation wire harness and kit when needed. The aftermarket wire harness saves you time. Factory wire harness colors follow no logic and cutting the harness is the beginning of a major headache. We post some installation instructions with removal, and these pages are marked before purchase.
