Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation

Acura TL Removing and Installing Car Stereo

Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 1.1) Starting at right side of dash, gently pry edge of trim panel from dash releasing clip. All clips release with pressure.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 2.1) Work down the edge of the trim panel releasing clips.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 3.1) Work across top of AC controls releasing clips.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 4.1) Gently pry trim panel along left side of car stereo releasing clip.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 5.1) Gently pry trim panel along right side of car stereo releasing clip.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 6.1) Gently pry at bottom of trim panel on right releasing clip.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 7.1) Gently pry at bottom of trim panel on left releasing clip.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 8.1) Pull entire trim panel slightly away from dash for access to rear of AC controls.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 9.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect first connector.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 10.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect second connector.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 11.1) Remove entire trim panel and set to side.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 12.1) Remove one screw top right of car stereo mounting trim.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 13.1) Remove one screw bottom right of car stereo mounting trim.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 14.1) Remove one screw top left of car stereo mounting trim.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 15.1) Remove one screw bottom left of car stereo mounting trim.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 16.1) Pull car stereo from dash.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 17.1) Release trigger on main connector to disconnect.
Acura Radio Removal, Replacement and Installation 18.1) Release trigger on smaller connector to disconnect.
Replacing Radio, Removal and Installation 19.1) Remove antenna from car stereo.
