How to Remove Front Door Panel Speaker

Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 1.1) Gently pry screw cover from door open handle cavity.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 2.1) Remove exposed Torx screw.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 3.1) Remove Torx screw at end of arm rest.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 4.1) Remove Torx screw at middle of arm rest.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 5.1) Remove Torx screw at leading edge of arm rest.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 6.1) Gently pry "AIR BAG" logo from door panel.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 7.1) Remove exposed Torx screw in cavity.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 8.1) Gently pry top edge of triangular panel on leading edge of door panel to release.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 9.1) Lift panel straight up, this releases second clip.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 10.1) Remove panel and set to side.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 11.1) Gently pry bottom of door panel from door.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 12.1) Work your way across bottom of panel and up each side.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 13.1) Pull leading edge of door panel from door releasing clips.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 14.1) Swing leading edge of panel to release all clips then up over door lock pin.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 15.1) Reach behind panel, release connector at upper speakers.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing Driver's Side Only
16.1) Place your finger in cavity on door panel a side mirror control.
16.2) Push side mirror control up out of cavity. (You can pry control from outside door panel, but this may scratch or nick the panel.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 17.1) Gently place door panel back on door.
17.2) Pull mirror control from cavity.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 18.1) Release trigger on mirror control and set to side.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 19.1) When reinstalling door panel, be sure to feed this connector back through door panel opening.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 20.1) Remove door panel from door again.
20.2) Lift small latch closest to door panel at door open handle cable.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 21.1) Swing back edge of assembly up and away from door panel.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 22.1) Lift cable assembly from door panel.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 23.1) Lower top edge of door panel for access to lower speaker.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 24.1) Release connector at lower speaker.
24.2) Remove door panel.
Front Speaker Replacement, Installtion and Removal 25.1) Check door panel for clips. Clips may have dropped to the ground or remain on the door. Pry remaining clips from door and place onto door panel.
BMW Front Speaker - Replacing, Installing and Removing 26.1) Remove Torx screws securing speaker to door panel.
