How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace

How to Remove and Replace Front Door Panel Speaker

How to Repair Bose Speakers, Removal and Installation 1.1) Remove screw from panel.
How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace 2.1) Remove two screws from under arm rest handle.
How to Repair Bose Speakers, Removal and Installation 3.1) Remove screws from hand hold.
How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace 4.1) Gently pry control panel from door.
4.2) Remove connectors, they are snug.
How to Repair Bose Speakers, Removal and Installation 5.1) Loosen top edge of inserted panel by pushing down to release clips.
5.2) With slight play in panel, place your finger behind door lock switch, pull to release and and remove. Now push remaining lock lever to "Lock" position to clear through panel.
How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace 6.1) If you like puzzles this will be easy, remove insert panel over door open handle and feed  control panel connectors through opening.
How to Repair Bose Speakers, Removal and Installation 7.1) Remove one screw from panel and remove panel from door.
7.2) Grasp door panel and pull straight up to release door panel hooks from door and remove.
How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace 8.1) Remove three screws securing Bose speaker frame to door panel.
8.2) Gently pry frame and speaker from door panel, rotate to remove from opening.
How to Repair Bose Speakers, Removal and Installation 9.1) Disconnect Bose speaker connector and release assembly from door panel.
How to Remove Camaro Bose Speakers, Install and Replace 10.1) Unsnap cover from frame exposing Bose amplifier.
10.2) Remove connector from amplifier.
10.3) Remove four screws securing Bose amplifier and see Shipping page before sending for repair.

IMPORTANT - There are two (2) yellow*, two (2) gray and two (2) brown wires in this harness. Locate the +12 volt constant wire first. Label it or splice to constant wire on aftermarket stereo first. Swapping yellow wires will cause damage to any aftermarket stereo. Check fuses if your unable to find +12 volts.
