How to Remove and Install Car Stereo

Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 1.1) Lift center console cover.
1.2) Remove two exposed screws attached to ash tray assembly.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 2.1) Gently lift assembly, pull away from front of dash allowing tabs to clear from under next panel.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 3.1) Reach up under next panel to remove two plastic wing nuts from next panel.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 4.1) Set Parking Brake and shift to lower gear.
4.2) Lift back edge of panel up to allow wing nut screws to clear from panel.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 5.1) Lift back edge of panel high enough to allow front edge along gear shift trim to clear.
5.2) Pull panel away from car stereo and dash.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 6.1) Remove screws securing car stereo and control panel to dash.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 7.1) Gently lift gear shift trim releasing three clips.
7.2) Pull car stereo and control panel from dash. It is a tight squeeze under top of dash panel and over gear shift.
Remove, Replace and Install Jaguar Car Stereo 8.1) Disconnect antenna and connector.
8.2)Push two clips on top of car stereo down to release car stereo and push out of front of mounting sleeve.
8.3) See your local dealership for exchange on this car stereo. We no longer repair Jaguar car stereo.
