Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove

Chrysler Pacifica Speaker Removal

Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 1.1) Roll window down, it will aid in door panel removal in later steps.
1.2) Gently pry screw cover panel from inside door open handle cavity, start at back edge of cover.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 2.1) Screw cover will swing out to expose screw.
2.2) Remove exposed screw.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 3.1) From inside below hand hold on door panel, gently pry screw cover from panel.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 4.1) Remove exposed screw.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 5.1) Starting at bottom of door panel, gently pry panel from door releasing panel clips.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 6.1) Work up both sides of door panel releasing panel clips.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 7.1) Pull door panel up out of window jam.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 8.1) Pull door panel slightly from door.
8.2) Release connector at top front edge of door panel for tweeter speaker.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 9.1) Door lock and door handle cables remove the same.
9.2) Pull on white part of cable to release from lock, this will snap back into place during reinstallation.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 10.1) With cable released from lock, swing cable to allow end to align with release groove and lift up to release.
10.2) Repeat for both cables.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 11.1) Release triggers on connectors to control panel on door and disconnect.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 12.1) Release triggers on connectors at bottom corner of door panel.
Replace Speaker, Removing and Installing 13.1) Release triggers on remaining connectors and disconnect.
13.2) Remove door panel.
Replacing Speakers, Install and Remove 14.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel.

Chrysler Pacifica Rear Speaker Removal

Pacifica Replacing Speaker, Removing and Installing 1.1) Roll window down, it will aid in door panel removal in later steps.

Pacifica Replacing Speaker, Removing and Installing 5.1) Starting at bottom of door panel, gently pry panel from door releasing panel clips.
Pacifica Speaker Replacement, Removal and Install 6.1) Work up both sides of door panel releasing panel clips.
Pacifica Replacing Speaker, Removing and Installing 7.1) Pull door panel slightly from door.
7.2) Release connector at top front edge of door panel for tweeter speaker.
